How many videos a month is enough?
The honest answer is a number you can hold for a year. Here is how to find yours.

Every platform rewards the same thing: showing up again. Not virality, not production value, not even talent. The algorithm is a memory, and it remembers whether you were there last week. That is why the question that decides a channel's year is not "how good" but "how often."
Across 1000+ client videos, the pattern is consistent. Channels posting 8 to 12 videos a month hold their audience. At 12 to 20, the audience starts compounding: each video warms up the next one. Past 20, a channel stops being a channel and becomes a presence, the kind that gets referenced, stitched, and searched for by name.
The trap is the burst. Ten videos in March, one in April, three in May. Bursts read as noise to the platform and as unreliability to the audience. A channel posting 8 a month, every month, will beat a channel that posts 20 and then disappears. Volume only works when it is a promise.
So pick the number you can keep on your worst month, not your best one. Then remove yourself as the bottleneck: the creators who hold 20 a month are not editing 20 videos, they are recording, and a system does the rest. That is the entire reason studios like ours exist.
One more honest note: zero is also a number. If the choice is between publishing something you are not proud of and skipping a week, fix the system, not the standard. To your audience, every video is your best work. Because it is the one they are watching.
