Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the Gaurify Productions website and to the studio services we provide. By using this site or engaging us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We provide video editing, social media management, and content production. The exact deliverables, timeline, number of revisions, and price for any project are set out in the written proposal or quote we agree with you for that project. Where those project terms differ from this page, the project terms govern.

Fees, payment schedule, and any deposit are as stated in your project agreement. Invoices are payable by the date shown on them. Taxes, including GST where applicable, are added as required by law. Our GST registration number is shown in the footer of every page.

• The footage, brand assets, and materials you give us remain yours. You confirm you have the rights to share them with us and to have them edited.
• On full payment for a project, the final delivered edits are yours to use for the purposes we agreed.
• We may show non-confidential finished work in our portfolio and channels to demonstrate what we do. If you would prefer we did not, tell us and we will keep your project private.
• This site itself, including its design, text, and code, belongs to Gaurify Productions and may not be copied or reused without permission.

To deliver good work on time we need you to provide the agreed assets, access, and feedback in a reasonable timeframe. You are responsible for ensuring the materials you send us are lawful and that you hold the rights to them, including any music, footage, or likenesses.

Please use this site only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use it to send unlawful or harmful content. Links to third-party services, such as our scheduling and social profiles, are governed by those services own terms.

This site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent the law allows, Gaurify Productions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim connected to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Either of us may end an engagement in line with the project agreement. On ending, you pay for the work completed up to that point. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts with jurisdiction over our registered place of business will handle any dispute.
