Gaurify Productions is a video editing and social media production studio. We collect only what we need to reply to you and do the work you ask for, we do not sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to hello@gaurifyhq.com.

• Contact and project details you enter in our forms (the Start a project form and the Content MRI): your name, email, and whatever you tell us about the work.
• The content of emails and messages you send us, and any files or links you choose to share so we can scope or deliver a project.
• Booking details if you schedule a call through our scheduling link.

Information collected automatically

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand which pages are useful. It does not follow you across other sites and does not build a personal profile of you. We do not use advertising trackers.

• To reply to you and answer what you asked.
• To scope, quote, and deliver the work you engage us for.
• To send you the reply, sample, or first cut you requested.
• To keep basic records of enquiries and to improve this site.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked to hear from us.

Running a studio takes a few trusted service providers. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:

• An email delivery service, which sends and receives our transactional email.

• A scheduling service, if you book a call.
