Video editing for founders.

You have the point of view and none of the time. The whole problem is turning one into content without it becoming a second job.

A founder's advantage in content is real: you have earned opinions, actual stories, and a point of view an agency could never invent. The problem is just as real. You have no time, editing is not your job, and the moment content starts competing with the actual company, content loses. So most founders start, post for three weeks, and then stop.

The way through is to protect the only part that has to be you. Your job is to talk: a loose recording, a voice note of a thought, a few minutes between meetings. Everything after that, the structure, the cutting, the packaging, the schedule, is production, and production is exactly the thing that should come off your plate.

Good founder editing is built around this. It takes rambling, real, unpolished input and finds the sharp idea inside it. It keeps your actual voice, because the polished corporate version fools no one and connects with no one. And it turns one honest ten-minute talk into a week of content, so your output looks consistent while your time commitment stays small.

The founders who build an audience are almost never the ones with the most time or the best camera presence. They are the ones who found a way to be consistent without it costing them their week. That is a systems problem with a known solution, and it does not require you to become a creator on top of running a company.
